Most Buyers rely on Realtors or General Inspectors who don’t have deep construction or land development experience, that’s where costly mistakes happen and why we are here to help.

We can review what you are looking for, the areas you are thinking of buying and how I could help you make the right decision, with no pressure. An introduction of sorts to help you determine if my services are a good fit. (That’s me)
Involves a site visit to a piece of property or land for you, review its layout, access, future adjustments, possible issues, location benefits or problems, help you decide if this is the right place for you and worthy of a personal visit. I will determine topography relative to weather issues, and provide my overall feel for the place based on your expectations and what you are looking for. I’ve been down this road and would have loved help at this stage.
After we have discussed your options, determined what your needs are, narrowed it down to those specific properties worthy of review, I’ll visit up to 4 properties in a day and provide a full report on each property, in addition to any opinions about them that I have, and I have opinions.
This is for all of those in between things, not quite a site review, not an all day affair, but maybe an inspection report review, or making local phone calls on your behalf, doing some research at the County Inspection office, whatever it may be, I can custom tailor your needs and put a price to it.

I have a wide array of Construction Knowledge, have built homes and high rises, designed many a back yard hardscape, designed lots for new home builds, determined the best route into properties for a new driveway, and know the rules of the road when it comes to inspections, County requirements and the majority of Subcontractors and General Contractors in the area, not to mention some of the best Realtors around. And yes, I’m a local now, that’s at least how I feel..
